Return within 14 days - You can return any item within 14 days of delivery by emailing support@thisisunfolded.com. Please include your order number or the email you used to place the order.

What even is Unfolded? Who is behind it?
Unfolded is a movement to make clothes without waste and use the savings to support a positive impact in the world. We were founded in 2021 by Cally Russell, Jamie Sutherland and Hilde Frydnes. Before Unfolded they used to help big brands remove the waste from their business but realized for real change to happen they had to build a totally new way to shop. We're a company but we're focused on positive impact in everything we do. Over 100,000 women have joined our mission to remove the waste from the fashion industry so far and help design everything we make to make that dream a reality.
Where are you based?
We're based in Edinburgh, Scotland, the fashion capital of the world! All of our clothes are made in ethical factories in India. Our returns are handled by a partner near Nottingham.
I don't love my item what should I do?
If you don't love an item you can swap it, sell it in the community or return it. The information for each of these is above.
How long does a return take?
As we use a returns partner it can take up to 21 days once your item has been returned for us to process it at busy times, it's normally done much quicker than this though.
Do I have to pay for returns?
Nope - returns are free but you have to cover the postage of sending it back to our partner in Nottingham. The swap and sell options are both free of charge and have postage covered.
We tried to change fashion from the inside
For many years, we helped big fashion brands use data to make less unwanted clothing and waste.
But they just wouldn't change.
So we decided to do something about it
During the pandemic we created Lost Stock, saving cancelled clothes from waste while supporting garment workers in Bangladesh.
113,000 people supported for a month
Then we created Unfolded
Founders Hilde Frydnes, Cally Russell & Jamie Sutherland set out to build a completely different way to make fashion.
