Shipping policy

Your items will be delivered by Royal Mail in the UK.

Orders under £60 are subject to a shipping charge of £4.50 in the UK. 

If you've bought from the Archive Sale your item will be despatched normally within 24 hours. 

If you've bought from a new collection then your item will be made and then sent directly to you, you'll be able to track it's progress through your account at any point.

Delivery is product dependant and it will be detailed on the product page before you purchase. You will also receive a production confirmation email giving you can estimate of when it will be shipped to you. 

We will occasionally hold the delivery of an item whilst another part of your order is finishing production. 

When your parcel is on its way, you will get tracking information in an email, including your order number and delivery address.

If you would like to register a claim that your item was undelivered, we will require you to fill in a form stating that you did not receive your item. Once you have filled this in, we will be able to investigate this with our logistics partner.
