Our designers get input and thoughts on the products we should make for the following season from our amazing community.
2. Print and Shape Feedback
The designers then create a range of prints and shapes for our community to vote on.
3. Products On Sale
We launch a new collection every 2/3 months of the most popular products from the voting process.
4. Production
After you order we start production - you'll receive updates throughout the process.
5. Delivered Direct To You
Your order is shipped direct to you after it finishes production. You'll see how long each iteam takes on it's product page.

Unfolded started in Edinburgh, Scotland with a mission to fix the fashion industry in 2021. Our team previously helped some of the biggest retailers in the UK reduce their waste but realized that they were not going to REALLY change.
So we decided we had to do something about it and take them on...
Frequently asked questions
How long does it take to make my clothes?
Before you order you'll see the estimated date when the item will ship from India. It's normally 6 to 7 weeks but can be quicker for some styles. We launch collections before you would need them to take this into account. Once you have ordered you will get a production confirmation email detailing when each part of your order will arrive.
Who is behind Unfolded?
Unfolded was founded by Cally Russel, Jamie Sutherland and Hilde Frydnes in 2021. They had previously worked for some of the biggest brands around with their insights business Mallzee. After Covid they decided they no longer wanted to work for damaging brands and would rather focus on fixing the problem of waste in fashion themselves!
How can you be cheaper and still sustainable?
Our prices are cheaper than other brands because we don't make the same waste - which saves a lot of money, which we then pass on to you and use to do good in the world at the same time!
Most sustainable businesses are still operating the same broken model of traditional brands - we've fixed the model to allow us to offer sustainable clothes at affordable prices.
Can I return them if I don't like them?
Of course but sadly we don't offer free returns, it's just not possible as a small company. You can though swap an item for free through our swap platform. Returns must happen within 14 days of delivery and be sent to our UK returns address.
How do you create positive impact in the world?
We create positive impact through 2 ways with the money saved by removing the waste from the process. The first is through paying garment workers higher wages and the second is through funding education courses near our factories with our amazing partners Pratham.
Where are you factories?
Our factories are near Delhi in India, mostly to the east of the city. We run regular checks on them and also visit every partner personally.
What sizes do you do?
We offer sizes 6-24 and in most styles offer multiple lengths as well. We're working to extend this further.
How can I help design the clothes?
Once you buy from Unfolded you'll then be able to help us design future collections either through our emails or by joining the Unfolded Facebook Creator Group!
