What Does Finish Production Actually Mean?
When you select a size you’ll be shown an estimated time for your item to finish production.
After leaving the factory the item will be moved to our logistics partner in India (this is where our factories are) and then packed before heading to the UK through the following process.

We aim to complete this process in 10-14 days but there are multiple variables within the process that are out of out control - customs clearance for example.

What happens if I order more than 1 item?
WIf you order more than one item your order will ship after the last item finishes production.
How confident are you on timings?
We’ve delivered over 50,000 orders over 9 collections, so have a pretty good idea about how long everything takes, sadly there are many parts that are out of our control - especially around logistics.

Why do you make clothes this way?
30% of clothes are never sold - this way ensures we don't make the same waste.
What happens if my order gets delayed?
We’ll share updates about your order as it’s being produced. We don’t put a final date on delivery as there are obviously several factors outside of our control - customs processes are a delight.
Can I cancel whilst in production?
Yes - until your order is packed we’ll be happy to cancel your order.
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
You can change the delivery address until the point your order is packed by our partners. This can be up to a week before you receive your tracking code.

This year brands will make 26billion items of clothing that they’ll never sell - if we stopped that from happening global greenhouse gas emissions would drop by 1.5%.

Surely it can’t take THAT long to make clothes?
It actually takes most mainstream brands 9-12 months to produce and delivery a range. We’ve shortened the process in multiple ways to get it down to as quick as possible.
Would it not be quicker to make your clothes in the UK?
Sadly whilst we’ve explored this it would cost around 40% more, there would be no change to the sustainability of the process as we would need to bring fabrics into the UK and it would save at most a week in the process.
