With a flattering notch neck, sparkling gold flecks and decorative tie side details on the waist, this dress can be cinched in or kept looser. I love the Libby dress because as soon as I put it on, I feel instantly glamorous! I love the floaty diaphanous fabric, and the gold leaf print is subtle but makes the dress feel extra special, as do the shirred cuffs. The pockets, of course, are fabulously generous and more necessary than many designers imagine. A perfect "going out out" dress!
